NV Sparkling Merlot

After maturing in French & American oak for 12 months the merlot undergoes secondary fermentation with the addition of yeast and sugar, producing this soft, generous sparkling wine with a velvet texture. Excellent as an aperitif or with dessert. Serve chilled..
