2010 Merlot | ||||||||||
|
This low yielding variety is ideal for the cool maritime climate of Mt.Compass which contributed to the soft velvety mouth feel of the 2010 Merlot. The soft, fleshy nature of Merlot, partners well with medium to heavy food dishes. Try some with a rich, tomato pasta dish, roasted meats or Mediterranean vegetables. Or even a creamy chicken risotto. | ||||||||||
