Minko consults with winemakers who specialize in meticulous handing of small parcels of fruit to ensure that the fruit reaches its full potential.
Minko Vineyards are in the heart of the southern Fleurieu Peninsula and specialise in Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
We opened our Cellar Door and Providore ("provider of urban pantry foods") in the main street of Willunga in time for the "Tour Down Under" in January 2003.
